Company
Euroflex S.p.A. is a company specialized in the processing of steel products, among he national leaders in the sector. It offers flexible solutions in the production of tubes, open profiles, strips, flat and rrugated plates, for the widest uses and fields of application.
SINCE 1967
Euroflex S.p.A. has always been characterized by its determination to overcome geographical and cultural barriers, looking beyond localism to embrace a global dimension.
The choice of the term “Euro” in the name of the company, founded in 1967, at a time when national borders still strongly influenced economies, was not just a symbolic gesture but a declaration of intentthat outlined an international and ambitious version.
This pioneering spirit has been the basis of a constant and innovative growth which has allowed the company to adapt and thrive in a constantly evolving market.
FLEXIBLE STEEL INDUSTRY
The company’s approach is based on the concept of flexible steelmaking, aimed at creating the optimal conditions to produce what meets the real needs of the customer.
1967
Establishment of Euroflex S.p.A. for the production of Venetian blinds.
1971
Identification of the current company headquarters in Mercato San Severino, purchase of the first machinery and start of production of open profiles.
1987
Beginning of pipe and sheet metal production
1997
Expansion of the industrial plant and starting of the production of tubes for furniture.
2005
Completion of a new investment project and a purchase of a tube line and a slitter.
2012
Purchasing of a new leveling line.
2020
Installation of the first photovoltaic panel system.
2025
Launch of a new production site for the processing of a new
range of tubes and strips.

L’Euroflex SpA ha adottato il proprio Codice Etico e Modello di Organizzazione, Gestione e Controllo, ai sensi del Decreto Legislativo 8 giugno 2001 n. 231 attraverso i quali intende, in definitiva, affermare e diffondere una cultura d’impresa improntata:
- alla legalità, trasparenza, eticità, correttezza e rispetto delle regole, ribadendo che, in coerenza con i rigorosi principi da essa adottati, nessun comportamento illecito può ritenersi consentito, pur se commesso nell’interesse o a vantaggio dell’impresa;
- al controllo di ogni fase dei processi decisionali ed operativi dell’attività sociale, nella piena consapevolezza dei rischi derivanti dalla possibile commissione di reati.
Tali finalità si concretizzano in un sistema coerente di principi, procedure organizzative, gestionali e di controllo che danno vita al Modello e al Codice adottati dalla Società e di seguito riportati.
